In the event the client decides to terminate services early for any reason, they forfeit license to any designs created for the duration of the project. Deposits are non-refundable. All fees and payments are non-refundable after a project is complete.
Any full commercial license mentioned above and any design files will be transferred to the recipient upon payment the Total invoice amount.
Pricing that is for personal use only does NOT include rights for distribution, merchandising, resale or creation of derivative works. If you want the ability to create merch (whether for free or for profit), or need the original design file, a merchandising fee must be negotiated with the artist.YOU MAY NOT USE MY WORK TO TRAIN AI/NO NFTS
• Commission requests should be sent via commission form. Upon acceptance of your commission, we will keep communication in either Twitter/Bluesky DMS or Discord. i will not respond via email as it is reserved for professional work inquiries only, nor will I respond via Vgen from this point forward.• Payments are invoiced via Paypal, and all prices are in USD. Due to Paypal's recent changes, if this is not feasible, a different payment method may be discussed• Slot reservations are required for Live2D models (50% upfront payment; The second half will be required upon starting work).• DO NOT EDIT MY WORK. if you want things edited, come to me directly. It may result in another charge.• Using my work for streams is OK, however there MUST BE CREDIT SOMEWHERE. If there is no credit, I will ask you to take my work down.• Speed upon finishing a commission varies. While some commissions take me roughly a week, others can often take me 1-2 months. I will do my best to be transparent about my progress on your piece, but please do not rush me, especially if we have not set a due date (+additional charge). Patience is key. The less pressure I feel from my commissioner, the more likely we'll have a better relationship which will in turn mean I will be more likely to accept future commission requests from you. You can check progress on a piece via my Trello• Changes to the commission should only take place during the sketch phase if applicable. Minor changes can be made when the piece is done, but anything more will be an additional charge. (Minor charges include: hue adjust or adding a detail that I may have missed on your ref)• YES, i do NSFW as well as gore/horror.• I DO NOT do offensive topics (loli, transphobia, etc.) or NFTS. If you request any of these, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me.• I send out WIPS for approval before moving onto the next step in the models. One for the sketch, one for renders, and the final product which REQUIRE APPROVAL. Failure to respond in a reasonable amount of time will move your commission to my backlog until I recieve an update from the client (then it is moved back to the front of my queue). Unfortunately, I have to keep moving and taking commissions and cannot wait weeks for responses.• I work with every body type, skin type, and hair texture type, as well as absolutely enthusastic to provide art/rigs for disabilities such as wheelchairs with no additional charge. Representation is very important!

RIG ONLY prices start at $700 (chibi) and $1200 (fullbody). Layer seperation may impact movement capabilities. Please be ready to contact your artist if I need things seperated differently during the rigging process. Thank you.
• please note to limit file size for smooth usage and ensure ability for all toggles to work together, i have to limit amount of toggles per model depending on complexity.
• keep in mind if commissioning LEAN AND ARM toggles, lean movement will likely be impacted
